Gentle Yoga for Seniors
A gentle yoga practice that is suitable for people who cannot weight bear on their hands and knees. Poses are done seated, on the back, on the belly and standing. You won’t find any crazy poses or tricky transitions. Class begins with breathing exercises and finishes with a wonderful guided relaxation. If you are feeling inflexible and would like to start a yoga practice where you can gain mobility and strength, moving slowly and mindfully through your joint rotations, this is the class for you.
