Pilates Strong is a fun but challenging class suitable for all abilities.
Kate aims to build your body’s strength (especially your core) and spinal health and mobility through varied moves in a relaxed non-judgmental class.
Come and try a no-obligation class before deciding if its right for you. If you attend regularly, you WILL build a strong core.
