Power Vinyasa Yoga – Beginner’s Course

In this five week course we will begin with the basics, progressively building our knowledge each week.

Throughout the course, you’ll learn foundational postures, adopt healthy alignment practices, embrace mindful breathing techniques and discover the art of relaxation and body awareness.
