Beginner to Advanced

HA means sun THA means moon – the yoga of balance – to align mind, body and spirit.

In this all levels class, I guide you through stress-regulating breathing techniques, purposeful sequences, and restorative meditation.  In Hatha yoga, postures are held for longer – allowing time to deeply benefit from each pose.  With a regular practice, you will develop strength, focus, balance and flexibility, while deepening your mind, body and breath connection.

My aim is to hold a welcoming, safe and supportive space for you build strength, reset and come back to yourself through the ancient, nourishing practice of yoga.
