Hatha Flow for everyBODY
Hatha Flow is a movement practice for all bodies on all journeys.
Expect some flow and also poses held for time, so that you can hear cues, feel your body in the pose and get familiar with the poses.
We will flow from pose to pose in parts, moving with the breath. Options are always offered so you can make the right choice for your body.
This class will improve your strength, mobility, balance and focus.
